This notice describes personal-data processing on humanoiduptime.com, including technical access logs and the evidence-submission endpoint.

- The website is hosted by Hetzner. Technical access logs may include IP address, request time, requested path, user agent, referrer and response metadata. Logs are size-rotated with bounded files, so retention is traffic-dependent rather than a fixed number of days. This processing supports secure and reliable website delivery and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- 3. Evidence submissions
- Evidence submissions are stored privately for editorial review. The form requires no name or email address. Raw submissions are automatically deleted after one year. Sources and information added to the published editorial record remain subject to that record's version history. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled or unnecessary personal information. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in evaluating public evidence and corrections under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- 4. Rate limiting
- The evidence endpoint uses an IP address in volatile memory for an approximately one-hour rate-limit window. The application does not add that IP address to the stored evidence submission.
- 5. Email contact
- If you contact the operator by email, the supplied contact details and message are processed to handle the inquiry. Data is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations.
- 6. Cookies and analytics
- HumanoidUptime currently uses no web analytics, advertising trackers or cookies that require consent. If that changes, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.
- 7. External links
- The site links to third-party sources. Following those links leaves HumanoidUptime, and the destination provider's privacy terms apply.
- 8. Recipients and transfers
- Personal data is shared only where technically necessary to operate the site, process a submission or comply with law. No international transfer is intentionally initiated by HumanoidUptime unless stated here.
- 9. Your rights
- Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to eligible processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
- 10. Changes
- This notice may change when the technical, legal or organizational setup changes. The version published here applies.
