How this population was assembled

Evidence period
2023-03-07 to 2026-09-04. The bounded baseline review ran 2026-09-03–2026-09-04.
Languages
English searched directly; German searched directly; Other-language sources included only when origin and wording could be checked; no complete native-language search was performed.
Source types
operator publications and filings; manufacturer publications and product material; independent test and research bodies; regulators and public institutions; reputable reporting used for discovery or clearly attributed context.

named robot plus operator, site or deployment; runtime, operating hours, uptime or availability; task output, success rate or observation period; failure, intervention, recovery, maintenance or safety event.
Selection bias
The set deliberately favours named industrial programs and evidence-rich public cases. It is not a market census, random sample or measure of manufacturer market share.

“Signal only” is not rejection and “no result” is not a performance finding. Both describe the public evidence available at the cutoff.

8 sources across 2 pilot records now have exact locators and SHA-256 fingerprints of internally retained response bodies. Those third-party files are not publicly redistributed. Researchers, operators, engineers and other subject-matter readers can propose a scoped spot check of a named record, claim or source trail.
